Prepping for your session


Hydrate well

This is always important, but especially before your session, as your body can feel like it’s had a little workout.

Open your heart and mind

Every session will be different. Come in with an open heart and open mind, and we’ll work together to bring you back to you.

No drugs or alcohol

The more of a natural state you can be in, the easier it will be for you to surrender, and for me to work in your energy system.

Stay curious and open

Allow yourself to be taken through the process, with no expectations of what will happen.

Schedule rest

Schedule time to rest post-session. This time is important for reflection, integration and settling any energetic shifts.

Focus on your own journey

It is important to focus on your own journey, and no one else’s. Try not to get too fixated on anything but what is meant for you and your highest good.

Go with the flow

The more you can surrender and go with the flow, the more we can achieve in your session. Try not to control the outcome.

Trust that you can heal

Healing isn’t always pretty. It doesn’t always feel good. Some sessions will feel like you’re cloud nine, while some may confront you. All are good and a part of your healing.
